Clinical Supervision
"A specialised form of mentoring provided for practitioners responsible for undertaking challenging work with people. Supervision is provided to ensure standards, enhance quality, advance learning, stimulate creativity, and support the sustainability and resilience of the work being undertaken."

BACP.co.uk (2023)

Supervision is an ethical responsibility and can be offered online or face to face.  Supervision protects both the counsellor and the client.
Supervision helps the practitioner to develop and requires openness and authenticity.

Working together we can shed light on processes or feelings that might get missed or misinterpreted, we can reach a deeper rational and level of reflection and you, the counsellor can feel secure knowing that you are providing the best service you can whilst being held and supported.
