Therapy for Professionals
Confidential therapy for people who carry a lot of responsibility
You may be successful, capable and used to managing difficult situations. From the outside, everything may look fine, while internally you feel increasingly stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected. You may be experiencing chronic stress, burnout, anxiety or perfectionism, struggling with imposter feelings, difficult workplace relationships or the pressure that comes with leadership and responsibility. Perhaps you're facing a career transition, experiencing relationship difficulties, have lost confidence or simply find that you can't switch off, or you may recognise the feeling of being successful externally while struggling internally.
A space to think differently
Therapy provides a confidential space away from the demands and expectations of professional life somewhere you don't have to perform, achieve or have everything under control. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck and consider what you want to change.
My approach is warm, professional and non-judgemental, with a particular interest in Transactional Analysis and how our patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving influence our work, relationships and lives.
I can help with
Chronic Stress | Burnout | Anxiety | Perfectionism | Imposter Feelings | Workplace Relationships | Leadership Pressure | Career Transitions | Relationship Difficulties | Loss of Confidence | Difficulty Switching Off
Online therapy across the UK
For busy professionals, online therapy offers flexibility without compromising the quality of the therapeutic relationship.
Sessions can take place privately from your home or another suitable location, without the time and disruption of travelling to an appointment. I work with professionals across the UK, as well as offering face-to-face therapy in Leeds and Pudsey.
Confidential. Experienced. Personal.
I’m an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor and a recognised Bupa provider. I also work with EAP clients and provide professional supervision. You don't need to wait until things reach breaking point. If you know something needs to change, therapy can provide the space to understand what is happening and find a way forward.
